Welcome to Sunny Oaks RV Park! We are a small family-owned RV Park that cares about providing you with exceptional customer service and excellent value. We seek to exceed your expectations in terms of our facilities, responsiveness, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness. Whether you are passing through, staying just one or several nights, or residing with us for a longer-term, we strive to offer you a safe and comfortable spot from which to enjoy Jacksonville. In 2020, we updated 115 RV Lots with new roads, new pads, new utilities (electric, sewer, and water), a new bathhouse, a new laundry room, and guest areas! In 2024, we renovated our neighboring property known as "The Reserve at Sunny Oaks" to include 66 premium RV Sites with wider roads, pull through sites, a new bathhouse and laundry room, dog park, playground and high speed wifi. Campground rules and policies

Reservation Policy:
- Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children per site.
- All RV site rates are plus tax, based on a 2 adult, 2 child occupancy. We do not offer tent campsites.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.RVs:
- We will not accept RVs that are in unsatisfactory condition. This includes RVs that are unable to be towed, RVs that are not kept clean and tidy, and RVs that are generally unsightly. We reserve the right to refuse an RV if it does not meet our park standards.
- ALL RV guests must have a rig that is able to self-move in 24 hours or less!
- Extra campers, tents, sheds, boats, and trailers are NOT allowed on the site without approval. All extra structures or vehicles MUST be approved by management.
- Extra vehicles will be subject to a $50-100/month fee for storage in our overflow area.
