Camp Rio prides itself on providing a safe, clean, relaxing, family boutique campground located 6500 feet above stress. We are honored to have you and your family/ other guests stay with us, and we only hope you enjoy yourself here as much as we love being here and hosting you. We are also groovy with pets on a leash, group events, etc. We have RV Camping, Tent Sites, Glamping, and Cabins. All of our RV Sites are full hook-up and a mix of 30 and 50 Amp service availability.

Check-In Procedure
- RV Check-In Time: 1 p.m.
- RV Check-Out Time: 12 p.m.
- Cabin Check-In Time: 3 p.m.
- Cabin Check-Out Time: 12 p.m.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.Arrival Times
- 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.Initial Deposit
- An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked.Scheduled Deposit
- 0 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected.Grill Use and Care
- We are pleased to provide you with a fireplace/ grill unit to enhance your camping experience.
- Please care for the unit during your stay so that it can provide enjoyment for years to come.
- Below are the guidelines for use and care.
- Wood only, no charcoal.
- Wood goes on the bottom, brick level.
- Do not move or alter bricks.
- Do not lean or climb on the unit.
- You are responsible for the care of the fireplace/ grill unit during your stay.
- Repairs will range from $500-$1000 depending on the damage.Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 8 AMGuest Registration & Responsibility
- All Guests/Visitors must register at the office and pay upon arrival.
- Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party.Occupancy Limits
- 4 people per site.
- Extra person $5 per person per day, please inform the office of any arriving extra guests.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.Parking & Vehicles
- Sites can accommodate your RV plus one vehicle.
- If you have an extra vehicle, please check with the office.
- Do not park on the grass or block the roads.
- All motorized vehicles of any size must have a licensed driver at all times.Cabins & Glamping Rules
- Guests in cabins and glamping units: an unreported pet cleaning fee will be added.
- Please keep pets off all furniture.
- Do not lean, climb, or sit on fire pit/fireplace Units.Speed Limit
- Our 5mph speed limit does more than keep dust to a minimum; safety first for our human and pet guests.
- Only you can prevent speed bumps!Pet Policy
- Limit of 2 pets per site, must be on a leash at all times, do not leave your pet at the campsite if you are leaving the camp, and clean up after your pet.
- An additional pet fee will be charged if campground staff have to clean up after your pets.Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of the Cabins.
- If you smoke around the fire, do not throw cigarette butts in the firepit.River Use & Hiking
- Hike and swim the river at your own risk.
- Do not climb the hill behind the river.
- Camp Rio is not responsible for your choosing to engage in these activities.Restroom & Shower Access
- Rest Rooms/Showers Open 24 hours a day.
- Use the code provided on your map received at check-in.Pavilion Use
- Pavilion is for public use.
- Ask about private party availability.Fire Safety
- We comply with all local Fire Restrictions at all times.
- Fires must be in a fire ring (available to rent at the office) and be extinguished before going to bed or leaving your campsite!Sewer Requirements
- We require a complete sewer connection.Electric Charges
- Electric fee for RV guests staying over 3 days will be charged to the site after meter reading at the beginning and end of stay at the current base rate.Firearms & Fireworks
