While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Your site number is not guaranteed. Park Rules: The guest agrees to obey the Park Rules. Packages: Park management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail or package deliveries. Behavior: - Management will not tolerate any offensive activity or behavior of any sort that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other guests using these facilities. - Parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: - Guest(s) shall indemnify and hold the Property Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, Acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or inactions or those of their employees, agents, invitees or any other related to Guest's use or occupation of the RV site or storage unit regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the parties. THEFT OF SERVICES LAW: - According to Texas Penal Code Section 31:04(h), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for the services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. ACCEPTANCE: - As a guest of Shady Creek RV Park and Storage, on behalf of me and other members of my party, I fully accept this agreement and Park Rules. - If noticed by management, I agree to vacate the premises on demand without refund or prepaid fees.
