Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 3:00 pm - Check-Out - Campsite is 1:00 pm. - Check-Out - Rental Unit is 12:00 pm. - Early Check-In: Call for availability. - $20 early check-in fee before noon and $10 early check-in fee if between noon and 3:00 pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Age Requirement - You must be 21 years or older to book a reservation and a parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 21. Reservation Includes - 1 camping unit OR tent, 1 vehicle, 2 adults & their children under the age of 18, and up to 2 pets (pets allowed only in Cabins B, C, G, H & I). - One small tent may be added ONLY in the following circumstances: 1) the campsite has 2 or fewer adults, and 2) any children are minors. - Extra adult $10/adult/night. Extra vehicle $5/vehicle/night. - Max of six persons per campsite. Max of four adults on a tent site. Dump Station - For your convenience, there is a dump station available near the camp office exit. Family Friendly - Groups of all ages come to relax together, enjoy the outdoors, and make new memories. - To maintain this atmosphere, we strictly adhere to our quiet hours from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. - While we invite you to stay up and enjoy the campfire, keep your conversations soft. - It should be whisper quiet with no music or loud behavior allowed during quiet hours. - The campground has the discretion to remove anyone behaving in a disruptive manner to other campers, staff, or property without refund. - Marijuana use is illegal in Wisconsin. - It’s use and disorderly drunkenness will not be tolerated. Firewood - To protect our trees from bugs and diseases, we are a “Buy here, burn here” campground. - Mixed hardwood and kiln-dried oak bundles and bulk wood available at the camp store. - There is no cutting down of trees or limbs. Fireworks - No fireworks. - Limited use of sparklers only on pickleball/basketball courts. EV Charging - Because our pedestals are not designed for electric vehicle charging, electric vehicles may only be charged through your RV’s electrical outlet, not at the pedestal. - Damage at a pedestal from EV charging will result in a minimum $100 repair fee. Garbage Policy - Trash dumpsters and recycling bins are provided for waste generated while camping only. - No garbage should be brought in from outside the campground. - All garbage must be bagged and tied. - 40-gallon max bag size. - Thank you for helping keep costs down by following these parameters. Golf Carts - Only electric golf carts are allowed. - Drivers must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license. - No golf carts allowed on walking paths, except for campground maintenance and the barrel train. - Register golf carts with the camp office. Guests and Visitors - Day guests must stop at the office to register and will need to purchase a $5 Visitor Pass which includes up to two adults kids free and their vehicle. - Day guests must leave the campground by 10:00 pm. - Overnight guests must also register at the office and will be charged $10/night/adult and $5/night/vehicle kids are free. Motorcycles/ATVs - Please call for approval of motorcycle and ATV usage before arrival. Music - Music should be played at a low level so as not to disturb the nearby campsites. - No outdoor music or movies during quiet hours. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly campground. - You may bring up to 2 pets. - For insurance reasons, we have breed restrictions. - All pets must be leashed, up to date on their vaccinations, kept quiet, cleaned up after, and may not be left unattended at the campsite. - Pets allowed only in Cabins B, C, G, H & I. Playground Equipment - Horseshoes and shuffleboard equipment, balls, tennis rackets, etc. may be checked out in the office. Swimming Pool - The swimming pool is heated and open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. - Pool hours are 9:00 am until dusk. - There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. - Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. - For everyone’s safety, only plastic drinks are allowed in the pool area. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 11:00 pm- 8:00 am. - Monitored by security and staff. - Children must be back at the campsite by 10:00 pm and all visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 pm. Security - Security or campground personnel ensure that quiet hours are followed. Speed Limit - For the safety of all, the speed limit is 5 MPH. - Yes, that’s ridiculously slow! Storage - RV Storage is available onsite for $4/day or $50/month. Rental Units - Bring your own linens and eating and cooking utensils. - All cabins are air-conditioned and come with a picnic table and fire pit. - No smoking in any cabins or pets allowed in cabins A, D, E, F, H, J, I, K, L, M, & N. - Violators will be asked to leave and a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. - A $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file if the unit is left in a dirty condition. Vehicles Policy - One vehicle is included per reservation, any additional vehicles are $5/night. - All vehicles must be registered in the office and have a Pines Pass. Campground Disclaimer - This property is a privately owned campground, not a public or state park. - Campground will not be responsible for injury, loss, damages, or claims to guests or property of guests due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. - We look forward to you visiting us at Dell Pines Campground! - We look forward to seeing you around the campfire!
