Site Booking & Assignment
Renters faced issues choosing specific sites or getting group sites together, often receiving rude service from staff when attempting to resolve these booking complications.
Cleanliness
Bathrooms were very clean! The campground is clean with really clean bathrooms. However, some found the shower block quite dirty and not cleaned often enough.

We went to Labor Day weekend with friends, we were 7 families over 5 tent sites. The only downside was that during the booking, we couldn't choose the sites, and I had to ask the front desk many times to remember to assign them together. There is one place where 5 sites are together, and they did it. I would consider upgrading the reservation system to choose the sites. We have experience with booking other camping, and there is an option to book specific sites. In general, the place is great. I like that there is electricity, water, and clean restrooms. The store could have more snacks /drinks available and be open later.

I called repeatedly to ensure I can get my camp sites together. I was told yes over and over again. When I got there on Fridays two of the ladies were super rude the other was nice. But they tried to belittle be saying should we inconvenience everyone for you. No! But you inconvenienced me after you told me something because they had bigger parties. Then they said I needed to book a certain way then I told them and showed them I did it that way. After I continue to put up an argument and showing them they were wrong they said just put him here which was two sites together. So instead of taking care of a customer and giving top tier service they wanted to bully me to make their job easier. Pathetic! Disgusting! And shameful! Embarrassing!

Disappointing!
Too many crammed in the campsite.
Shower block quite dirty not cleaned often enough!
Noisy until 2.30am although states no noise after 11pm.
Too many Golf Carts whizzing about at high speed!

Nice campsite - bathrooms were very clean! It would be nice if the lights by the trash bins were off at night. Too bright in a tent.
