Check-In Time: -RV & Tent Sites: 1:00 PM -Hospitality Units (Cabins & Cottage): 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: -Check out for campsites is by 11 am. Departures after 11 am will have a $50 penalty assessed to the reservation. -Check-out time for cabins/cottages is by 10 am. Departures after 10 am will have a $50 penalty assessed to the reservation. Occupancy Guidelines: -Unless otherwise stated, 2 adult guests and 2 kids are included in the rate. -Additional guests over 4 will be charged a guest fee. -Children age 3 and under 4 are included in the rate. -Unless otherwise stated, 6 guests maximum per cabin/cottage (including children) per rental cabin/cottage, and a maximum of 8 guests per campsite. Smoking Policy: -Smoking is prohibited in all indoor accommodations and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. -Outdoor smoking in designated locations only. -A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $200. Security: -Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. -Keep your valuables locked up. -Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. -We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. -Due to guest privacy, drones are prohibited on the property. Quiet Hours: -Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. -Please be courteous to other guests around you. -Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. -Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. -Profanity or violence towards others and the park team will not be tolerated. -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
