Welcome to Crystal Gold Mine RV Park! MANAGEMENT & OWNERS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY/ LIABILITY for injury, accidents, or losses that may occur on Park grounds. Crystal Gold Mine RV Park Rules & Regulations: - Check-in at the office upon arrival. - We strive to provide all of our guests with an enjoyable and safe stay. - All guests must register upon arrival. - Help us by understanding and complying with our rules. - Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate eviction! No refunds. - Guests are responsible for any/all damage incurred by themselves or their visitors! Sites: - All sites have sewer, water, and electricity. - All RVs and trailers must be self-contained, there are no public restrooms/showers on site. - No WIFI is available. - If you are booking a reservation from outside of the United States and have an issue with completing your reservation due to a credit card error, please email us and we will assist you. - Your credit card will be charged a $25.00 (non-refundable) booking fee at the time your reservation is made. This fee will be applied towards your reservation total upon check-in. - Please see the cancellation policy (below) regarding cancellation fees. - No refunds/credits for an early departure for any reason. QUIET HOURS: 10:00pm to 8:00am GENERATOR HOURS: 8:00am - 9:00pm SEWER SEALS: A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. VEHICLES: 1 CAR IS PERMITTED PER SITE. - If you have more than 1 car, it must be parked in the guest parking area. - The speed limit is 5MPH. No repairs or washing of vehicles is allowed in the Park. Motorcycles may be used for ingress and egress only. No ATVs allowed. PETS: - Up to three friendly pets are welcome and must be on a leash at all times. - Certain breeds are not accepted due to insurance purposes (please call ahead if you have a question about your pet). - No pet pens. - Pets are not permitted in buildings. - Owners are responsible to clean up after their pets. - Noisy or aggressive pets must be removed from the Park. - Please do not leave pets unattended at any time or tie pets to the Park trees or fixtures. - Owners are responsible for the actions of their pets. CHILDREN: - Parents/Guardians are Responsible for their children at all times. - Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to roam the Park grounds and/or facilities unchaperoned! - Please know where your children are at all times. FIRES/BBQ/FIREWORKS: - No fireworks allowed. - BBQ grills are permitted. WEAPONS: - No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife or any other weapon is allowed. SMOKING: - Smoking is not permitted inside Park buildings. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in designated receptacles and not on the Park grounds. SKATES/SKATEBOARDS: - Skating and skateboarding are not allowed in the Park. PARKING: Please do not park in any areas other than that designated for your site or guest parking. HOOK-UPS: full hookups include water, sewer, and 50/30 AMP services. Leaking water will not be tolerated. CABLE SERVICE: Sorry no cable is provided. SANITARY DUMPING: No grease, paper, or solids may be deposited into the sewer. Dispose of drained and bagged garbage in a provided dumpster. CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: - Check-in time is 3 pm. If early check-in is required please call ahead to check if your site is ready. - You will be charged the full daily rate if checking in before 12 pm. - You will be charged $25.00 if you check in early between 12 pm and 3 pm. - If checking in after office hours please pick up your check-in packet with your site number and make payment at the KIOSK by the front door. - Check-out time is 11:00 am. - If checking out after 11 am you will be charged $40.00 for checkout between 11 am - 2 pm. - You will be charged the full daily rate if checking out between 2 pm - 3 pm. - Space must be vacated no later than 3 pm for the next guest. - Sites are to be kept clean and tidy. Area to be presentable at all times. - No WiFi is available. SITE LOCATION: - We will do our best to accommodate special requests for stays at a specific site, however, we can not guarantee a specific site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. OVERSIZE/JUMBO RV'S: - If your RV is 37' or larger, or has 2 or more A/Cs or high power consuming appliances you may be subject to an additional electrical surcharge ($10/night). - Please call the office to check that we can accommodate you at this time. - RV's over 32' need to reserve a 30/50 amp site and are not allowed in a partial or 30 amp site. ____________________________ Cabin and Lodging Policies: - Arrival Times: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Deposits & Payments: A $25.00 deposit is collected at the time of purchase - Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase Children: - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult Pets: - Pets are welcome. - Up to 3 friendly pets are welcome and must be on a leash at all times. - No pet pens. - Pets are not permitted in buildings. - Owners are responsible to clean up after their pets. - Poop bags are provided at Pet Park. - All pets must have proof of current vaccinations. - Noisy or aggressive pets must be removed from the Park. - Please do not leave pets unattended in the dog park or tie pets to the Park trees or fixtures.
