Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: - RV and Tent sites: 1:00 PM - Cabin units: 3:00 PM. - Check-Out Time: All Sites: 11:00 AM - Please make prior arrangements if you expect to arrive after office hours. - RV’s and hospitality units may use night registration. - One vehicle per site. - Any additional vehicle will incur a $25.00 fee. - Late check-out must be arranged on the morning of departure to ensure availability. - Guests who remain after 11:30 AM without prior arrangement, will be charged an additional night's stay. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy Guidelines - Unless otherwise stated, 2 adult guests are included in the rate. - Additional guests over 2 people will cost $5 per person/per day unless under 3 years of age. - The maximum number of guests for cottages is 4 people. Children Policy - Children under the age of 3 are included in the rate. - Unless otherwise stated, 6 guests maximum (including children) per space. Smoking Policy - This is a 100% SMOKE-FREE property. - No smoking of any kind is allowed. - No Vaping or burning of any products such as incense. - We only allow charcoal and propane to cook with. - No wood, wood pellets, smokers, or dialogs allowed. - If you violate this policy, you may be subject to $250 find and evicted. - A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250 and eviction. Recreation - Due to guest privacy, drones are prohibited on the campground. - Open campfires are not permitted. Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. Pet Policy - Wildlife Warning: Pets must be accompanied by their owner or indoors not left unattended or tied to the trailer. - RV & Tent Sites: Pets are welcome and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. - Hospitality Units:2 pets max, 50 lbs. or smaller. - A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 will apply. - We accept service animals, if an accident occurs in the room and a deep clean is needed, there will be a $150 fee added to the room. - For the protection of, and in consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. - Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. - Exotic pets are strictly prohibited.
