Registration and Arrival Check In Procedure - Check In: 12:00 PM - Check Out: 11:00 AM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours – 11 pm to 7 am - Please be considerate of others while visiting River's Edge RV Resort. - The resort's quiet hours are strictly enforced. - Any disruptive or unruly behavior, loud music, or excessive noise will not be tolerated, and offending guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately. - Please do not use generators unless there is a power outage. Campground Standard Policy - All rules will be strictly enforced. Please strive to be kind, respectful, and caring of your resort neighbors. - All persons staying on a site overnight or using Rivers Edge facilities must be registered by name with the office and a fee paid if applicable. - Any unregistered guests will be charged $10.00 for every night they stay here. - Guests can NOT occupy the property without the owner of the RV at the property. - If you entertain visitors at the Resort you are responsible for their conduct while they are on Resort premises and you are responsible for any and all damage to Rivers Edge property by your guest. - Tents of any kind are not allowed at the River's Edge RV Resort. - All camping vehicles must be self-contained. - No more than six (6) persons will be registered per site. - No more than one (1) RV is permitted per site. - The rental of a Recreational Vehicle (RV) site is intended for recreational purposes and may not be used for any commercial purposes (including garage, patio, or rummage sales), with the exception of resort-wide scheduled yard sales. - Sites and RVs can not be subleased. - No one is allowed to sleep on the ground or in a vehicle. - Tents are not allowed. Safety - Parents are solely responsible for the behavior, actions, and safety of their children. - All guests and visitors must abide by the rules and regulations given at check-in and any posted signs throughout the resort. - Anyone who causes harm to other guests or engages in any behavior that is deemed potentially dangerous to others will be asked to leave the resort immediately. - Disturbing the peace, display of public intoxication, displaying any behavior deemed to be rude, offensive, or hostile, or threatening toward any staff member or guest is prohibited and can result in your removal from Rivers Edge at the discretion of the Manager. - Their lease will not be renewed. - No fireworks of any kind are permitted on the River's Edge property. - Smoking is not permitted in any building or anywhere in the common area, including the shuffleboard court, pickleball court, or horseshoe area. - Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building, including all bathrooms, laundries, etc. - A smoking area is designated on the east side of the recreation hall at the outer edge of the lawn area and is the only place smoking is permitted around the common area. - Smoking is permitted while walking, driving or riding on any roadway within the Resort but cigarette butts are not to be thrown on the ground. - Cigar smoke is very offensive to a majority of the population and is permitted only within your Recreational Vehicle. - Legal use of marijuana is also restricted to the inside of your RV, as that may be offensive to others. - You must comply with all California Laws and regulations pertaining to firearms and weapons. - Discharging of any firearm, pellet gun, BB gun, crossbow, slingshot, or any device that propels any arrow, dart, or any object on Rivers Edge Property is prohibited. - Water squirting devices are permitted. Site - It is the responsibility of the guest to keep his/her site in a clean and orderly manner. - Under trailers is not storage area and your site should contain items for your comfort such as BBQ’s lawn furniture, table chairs etc. - Any Indoor furniture is not allowed outside. - Hanging of shower curtains, blankets, tarps, or any clutter outside of the camper is strictly forbidden. - No appliances are to be outside of the RV. River Area - If you leave your personal property such as chairs or tables at the river area during off season (May 1st – Oct 1st) they will be trashed. - Please store all personal items during the off-season IN your trailer or storage area. - The Rivers Edge property ends one foot below normal high water along the Colorado River, and we have no jurisdiction beyond that point. - The boat ramp is not under the control of Rivers Edge. - The normal Rivers Edge line has been altered for the boat ramp and property line runs in a straight line from both sides of the ramp. - Neither do we approve nor condemn any activity beyond that point. - However, any activity in violation of state law or disturbance to Rivers Edge guests will result in Law Enforcement intervention.
