Complete Disappointment. Shane;s camper was dirty, moldy and spider and bug infested. The fridge, sinks, tub, toilet were very dirty. The cupboards just the same, and jam packed of his personal items and junk. The bathroom also, full of way too much stuff. phone chargers still in the outlets, dirty loofa in the shower, etc. My family had no room to put any of their things in it. The spiders and bugs were so bad we all 5 of us slept outside by our fire on the first night, as there were less bugs than in the camper. The beds smelled of old wet dog. There were dirty clothes on the floor behind the beds. All of their pillows and blankets all around. The fresh water tank leaked all night long so we couldn't even wash our hands in the morning or use the toilet. The camper was supposed to be with us for one week, we had shane come pick it up in less than 24 hours. I would not recommend this camper to anyone unless you want to pay way too much money for a dirty tent! My experience with Shane at first was just fine, seemed like a nice guy. After he picked up his camper that we had for less than 24 hours, he filed a false insurance claim on us saying we damaged his camper!! He said we damaged the camper that shane towed to and from the site, the camper that we didn't even sleep in!!! With that being said, i would take precaution renting from shane, or you might be in the same boat as me! Not only did this experience ruin our 85th family reunion, now i have a false insurance claim to deal with. I would very strongly recommend that no one rents from Shane or Eva.

Your review is without merit and false. I clearly explained that you would be responsible for pumping out tanks before pickup and I would transport with very little water in the tanks. You said you booked a service to pump out but when I contacted them after your cancellation I found they had informed informed you weeks before they could not provide you with pumping service. So you deceived me and then found a backup plan. Instead of contacting me to discuss any "issues" you had, you conveniently had another RV delivered that morning and insisted I come pick up my camper which I did. After getting it home and inspecting I found the toilet to be functioning and flushing fine and water to be coming out of the faucet. It just needed more water in the tank which YOU said YOU would provide. I explained I would only be providing min amount of water due to long transport and asked if there was a place I could fill up just before arrival. You told me you would bring barrels of water and generator and assured me it was not a problem. Your 'open field' site was 1.7 miles up a steep, rocky road, requiring 4WD. You deceived me from the beginning. I have all of the messages you sent. I did NOT file an insurance claim against you nor did I claim you damaged my camper. More lies. YOU filed a dispute because I chose to not refund you for your booking after you chose to book another camper, which blocked mine in, before even contacting me about "issues" you were having. I took it on my part to inform Outdoorsy you had canceled the rental an to release your full security deposit and to credit you for the days unused you paid or insurance. Your text messages were aggressive and demanding and your claims you left in your review are without merit. I am sure that I was not the reason your family reunion was ruined since as you said, in less than 24 hours of your 1 week rental you already made other camper arrangements.
