Black tank was not empty when it arrived a fresh water tank was half empty trailer smells of sewage

Ricky, if there was an issue, you had our contact info we would have been more than happy to address your concerns. Black tank was flushed before shipping, I know that because I did it myself. Fresh water tanks do not get filled unless specifically requested. I'm disappointed you did not reach out to us to discuss your concerns.

Overall, the camper was great, clean and was big enough for 2 adults. This was our first time camping in a camper vs. a tent so we were thrilled to have the convenience of a bathroom, running hot water and heat! Small things that could have been better: The mattresses are thin and not soft so we would bring extra padding for those if renting again. For some reason, there was no remote for the TV and no cooking utensils (we notified the host so they should be there moving forward). The only other thing was that this RV does not have a spare tire, so keep that in mind. :)

The Palomino Puma is spacious and modern and has everything you need for a quick camping trip. Tim and Mike were quick to answer any questions, would definitely recommend and rent again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake. The camper was even better than we had anticipated. All the appliances worked great and we enjoyed having air conditioning. Tim communicated very well with us from the very beginning. We would rent again from him.

We will definitely be booking with WandRpod again in the future! They were very quick to respond with any questions we had throughout our trip. The RV itself was perfect for our party of 8! It was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of of space for our belongings and groceries.
