Won't go into details, but did not enjoy this trip due to issues with the RV

This is our second time renting this coach from this host. We had hoped that by giving it a second chance, things would have been better. This was a stationary rental and the coach was delivered with only 1/3 tank propane, no fresh water and no oil in the generator. We are still not clear as to why this host felt that this was OK. When we asked him about it, he referenced the review we left last time and blamed us for his losing business because of our review. Was his lack of attention to providing a coach with the items necessary "revenge"? He offered us no solutions and we were left fending for ourselves in getting water, propane and generator oil. The hosts did not offer a refund for our experience and only continued to blame us as if we had done something wrong. We will not he offering this host a third chance ... two bad experiences is enough to learn our lesson.

I enthusiastically recommend Ken Orji and his RVs. We rented a 2018 Coachmen from him for Memorial Day weekend, and had a ball. The vehicle was extraordinarily well equipped, immaculate, comfortable, and functioned properly throughout the trip. The RV was easy to drive and Ken provided useful tips for safety.

Ken was great to work with. Very friendly and willing to help out in any way. We had a great time and would certainly recommend renting from Ken to anyone!
