As a first time RV renter, I naturally had many questions going in. Then once I actually got in the RV, other questions arose. David at The RV Palace patiently and expeditiously answered every question and really did instill confidence that he had us covered. He thought of everything. It was as simple as showing up with your clothes and personal items. I only wish our trip was longer because I would have liked to enjoy more of this loaded trailer. I would rent again from The RV Palace in a heartbeat!
