My rental experience with this host was extremely disappointing and felt like a series of deliberate bait-and-switches.The initial listing prominently advertised $0 charges for mileage over 50 miles per day. However, upon pickup, the host refused to honor their own advertised terms. To proceed with our trip, we were forced into an on-the-spot negotiation, resulting in a hand-written contract for 300 free miles, which we both signed. Shockingly, the host completely disregarded this signed agreement after the trip, charging us for mileage on entirely different, unagreed-upon terms. It also appears the host modified their online listing's mileage terms after our dispute was raised, seemingly to obscure the original deceptive terms.This host demonstrated untrustworthy and vindictive behavior throughout the process. Their actions, from misleading listing terms to reneging on a signed contract and then levying a punitive, invalid charge, created a deeply frustrating and unethical rental experience. I urge future renters to exercise extreme caution and meticulously verify all terms in writing before and during pickup to avoid similar issues.

To clarify, I never offered Mr. Gupta zero charges for mileage exceeding 50 miles per day. This was verified by Outdoorsy. It appears Mr. Gupta misunderstood the terms of the contract from the outset.

Dealing with Yusun has been straightforward, transparent and clear. This made for an uncomplicated trip. The RV is in good overall shape with big beds above the driving cabin and at the back. Shower/toilet space is also rather big and comfortable. Fridge/freezer is too weak to really be useful though, and few things are aging quickly (Yusun was doing his best to keep them functional).
I’d recommend this RV and might rent it again myself :-)

Yujun was a great host. He was friendly, helpful, and informative. This was our first RV trip with our toddler who absolutely loved it. We were nervous about driving such a big vehicle but it was similar to driving a u-haul. Back up camera is very helpful though still recommend you have someone outside to watch the 4 corners when parking. The RV had everything we needed, and the trip was exactly as we imagined. Scenic drive, cooking dinner on the stove, ice cream treats in the freezer, and board games on the dining table. Thanks Yujun for such a memorable experience! :)

This was a family trip as I had elderly parents visiting us. I did want them to have a novel experience with their grandkids and extended family. Yujun's vehicle perfectly fit our requirement for a short trip.

We have n amazing time in Yujun’s RV. He’s very prompt to respond to your messages and is very accommodating. It was very clean and everything as he described. He showed us all the details about the RV and all the do’s and dont’s.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Yujun was helpful to answer all our questions and the RV was very clean. I would recommend this to friends and family!

Our first RV trip, it was so fun! Kids love it! Waking up in the RV and seeing the beautiful coast of Big Sur was like a dream comes true. Xiujun and Yujun are the best host, explained everything in detail, and was able to support us during the trip. We will definitely do it again;)
