The RV was not in good working condition. When I picked it up, as I was driving away, Skelly says "Oh make sure you park on flat land, the parking break doesn't work so great." Correction: the parking break did not work AT ALL. The RV would roll any time I was parked. This was a huge hassle and a major safety concern. Additionally, the generator muffler fell off during the trip, the A/C did not work when connected to shore power, it was dirty and had maggots coming out of toilet, and the icing was that the transmission failed on last day, could barely get it into Drive. The trip would have been a lot more fun if I hadn't been so concerned about my and my little girls' safety the entire time.

Skelly was awesome. Met me on time, fully explained the features and how to operate. Provided me his cell in case we had trouble. The RV is old but reliable. We drove it to Kansas City and back making good time. If you are looking for a 5 star RV with all the bells and whistles, the latest in appliances and fixtures to show off to the Jones, this is not it. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle with a few dings and dents that you can enjoy on a road trip or down by the river fishing, look no further.

First, The trip was Ok and the MotorHome served us well and keep us safe on the Campsite and on the road, it was somewhat enjoyable, I know is an old rig but it has to meet some requirements if it is up for rent, but now I have to be honest and this are the bad things;
The check engine light was on, the front tires are extremely defective and need to be replaced, it does not feel safe on the road and they make a lot of noise, the whole rig needs a whole tune up very urgently, and some other repairs we Can NOT use any of the pillows, sheets and blankets on the RV because they smell very bad, and we use our own stuff, but the worse part is that the owner rent us the RV with the Black water tank almost full and the first day on the campground almost overflowed because the indicators do not work
So that same first day we have to go and empty the black and grey water tanks,
our trip was suppose to be 4 hours to get there and 4 to come back but we make
6 1/2 hours to go and 5 1/2 to get back,
I’ll give it a C+

I’m grateful this RV made this trip!
Our trip itself was fun. The journey in the RV was full of adventure tho. The check engine light came on about 1 hr into our trip.
We found an unexpected passenger, a mouse in the house. Left that little guy at a gas station.
The ac works great blowing on your face. The engine heat however blows on your feet, I’m talking 120-150°, blistering heat. It was hard to drive without using cruise control.
The generator didn’t work at all.
The water pump turned on at our check in and water squirted from the bathroom and the bottom of the RV.
No water was used, unfortunately.
The door to the RV couldn’t be used from the inside. It opened while driving. I locked it. But couldn’t unlock it. So exit from the cab.
The cabinet doors all rattled. One door fell off twice. Lucky me I brought a screwdriver and put it back on, twice.
It rained on our trip, not sure if there was a leak as I didn’t see any drips but the back bed was definitely damp.

We took the camper up in the mountains near Bueno Vista and also Breckenridge area for 4 nights and 5 days. It ran great and did a great job on the hills. It was a lot of fun. Sean was very responsive if I had any questions and went out of his way to help us in any way we needed. I’ll definitely rent from him again.

Wow, what an incredible adventure we had with the RV we rented! From start to finish, our trip was nothing short of amazing. The RV itself was comfortable, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a memorable journey. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the owner's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed and providing valuable insights about the best places to visit along our route. Their friendly and helpful demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. We're so grateful for this wonderful RV rental and the unforgettable memories it helped us create. Skelly is a wonderful person and super helpful and has made such an amazing space in this RV. I felt completely at home. RV drives great and has everything you need. Definitely plan to rent this for another trip.
