My experience with Thomas’ Sprinter was excellent, convenient, and supportive. The host provided a comprehensive orientation to the van’s assets, how things work and strategies to ensure maximum benefits (dog washing water, hose, and sprayer).
The host was available 24/7 should any problems arise.
The van was fully functional and included extras such as towels, bedding, and even marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers for s’mores. The van windshield sustained slight damage from a small rock . We are in the process of making a claim to Outdoorsy.
I highly recommend this vehicle if you are planning an off road adventure with your dog!

We had a wonderful trip across Oregon and the eastern Sierra Nevadas in Thomas’ rig. The Wi-Fi and large lithium battery bank made our travels feel like home. Despite the hot weather we were comfortable boondocking and plugged in at campsites via with the on-board air conditioning. Keep an eye out for Diesel prices as it varies drastically locally and across states - some stations were 25% more expensive than others!
