The owner barely went over instructions with us on arrival. She had to leave to teach a class and had he boyfriend show us the trailer. Windows did not open on the trailer, fans did not work, my husband had to purchase screws to reattach the front wind panel when we got home from picking up the trailer. This was an awful rental experience, I would never rent from this owner again. She was hard to reach when we contacted her and always had an excuse. Don’t put yourself through this rental pay a little more and you will be able to enjoy your experience camping so much more.

We took the trailer on a cross-country road trip and had such a GREAT time. Catherine and her boyfriend did a great job running through the onboarding process with us. They walked us thru the basics and tips of pulling and operating the trailer. We had an electrical hiccup the first night with the city power plug-in that had shorted and blown the 30A fuse. Luckily, my fiance and I were able to fix the plug and do some research for where the electrical breakers were located. My only wish would have been that we were shown where the electrical panels were located in our onboarding because it would have saved us time and we could have enjoyed the first night more. Overall, we had an AMAZING time. I would recommend renting Catherine's Airstream to anyone looking for that Airstream adventure! Thanks again Catherine!

Wish we would have been notified beforehand of the problems with the airstream, we could’ve searched for another RV rental

We apologize about the minor electrical issue. I figured it out 5 mins after you left. I replaced the power cord plug which had a short in it. We'd be willing to rent it to you at half price in the future.

Awesome camper for our weekend trip to Flagstaff. Had some minor issues (i.e. gas detector faulting and beeping) but great communication with Catherine and able to work through them. Bed is comfortable, furnace kept us nice and toasty, and the huge fridge was able to keep all of our perishables cold. Definitely recommend for a fun camping weekend!
