Brad was easy to work with, especially since we hadn't rented from Outdoorsy before and had some trouble navigating the process. Good communication and easy to arrange pick up and drop off. Very reasonable rates. The main issue was that the batteries died quickly into the trip, so we couldn't use many features of the RV such as the heater, fans, or lights.

This is my first time as a renter on outdoorsy.com, and I was hesitant from the start as there are a lot of little things that could happen with a camper such as small damage that could potentially lead to a poor, and expensive experience.
