Acerca de A Chateau Adventure

We are Utah transplants, originally from Oregon and France. My husband and I met in London, married in Los Angeles, and grew our family in Las Vegas where discovered our common love of winter and summer outdoor activities . In Utah we have surrounded ourselves with lakes, state parks, national parks, ski resorts, and an infinite amount of campgrounds to get lost in with our RV. When you book, it will likely be me to respond. My husband takes really good care of our RV, ensuring it is well maintained, clean, and prepped for your arrival. He will be there to hand over and check in the RV; if timing allows I will be there too. We really enjoy the outdoor playground that is our new backyard and truly are happy to see our guests depart on their next great adventure. We had a great experience with the RV. It was in good condition and functioned well for us on our 11 day trip. Jess is a great host, was very responsive and worked hard to make sure our experience was everything we hoped. We would rent this RV again.

We had a very pleasant 10-day trip with Jessica and Sylvain's RV! Sylvain was very kind and explained everything we needed to know to use his RV. I called him twice during our trip and he was fully available to guide us when needed.

RV was clean and well maintained. I had no mechanical issues with the RV. I am particular about doing trip inspections on the vehicle I am driving out of habit as I am a CDL holder and drive for a living and I had no issues. It was stocked with amenities that made our trip much smoother. It was easy to coordinate with the renters, they were great - very helpful with the booking process. I would recommend this RV to anyone wishing to get away for a trip!

Great trip began with easy communication with Jessica and Sylvain. RV came with everything needed to set up camp, including hammocks and chairs. Extras like ziploc bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc provided made groceries more cost efficient. RV itself had enough space for a family of four (8 and 10 yr olds) on a 1600 mile trip. Check in and check out were a breeze. Bring command hooks to hang bags for a little more easily accessible storage. Don’t get me wrong, plenty of room but transitional nature of an RV trip benefits from more stow and go space. Also set your own expectations appropriately on costs so you are not surprised - Gas, campgrounds and extras can add up. Everything up front and simple in Jessica’s pricing model, which I appreciated, but you are taking a large vehicle into your possession for a time and that could mean a bit extra upon returning it. In our case, we lost a hub cap somewhere along the way that was our responsibility. Great trip, great hosts, we’d do it again.
