Here are the pictures of the way we received the camper. It was very dirty, tanks were not empty, and full of stuff that did not allow us to store our things when we arrived. We started working with Victor and wound up with Miguel over the complaints. Matt the owner which we had to contact said he was going to have us refunded for the rental. I do not understand why we had to contact the owner of the unit when that should be on ya’ll to do. I was under the impression we were not to have direct contact with the owner of the unit. Victor gave us the number to contact him and we had no problem with Matt. Below are pictures of how we received it but we left it clean and fixed a few things along the way. There seemed to be no chemicals in the tanks and it seems they are not emptied properly by the horrible smell we were having. This was totally unacceptable and we should not have had to spend our vacation time tending to the camper. NO ONE came to take care of these things and we had to borrow an auxiliary tank to dump the tanks after being there one night. Victor even talked about having another unit brought out to us and this one picked up but that never happened either. If this is how you people do business I don't know you get away with it. As of now we are demanding a TOTAL refund since our vacation was not as expected. You want a review well make it right or you will get a review you do not want.

Matt was a great host that responded quickly and was ready to help if anything was needed. Camper was perfect for our needs and we had no issues with anything.
