About Bernadette's RV rentals
I have been married to my favorite person to go RV'ing with for 20 years. We have three great children that also love the RV life. We want to share our love of RV'ing so that your family and friends can experience how much fun it is to vacation in an RV.

Bernadette couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating while preparing for the trip, during our vacation, and at check out. Before and after booking, we had many questions especially because we were coming from out of state. Questions were answered most often within a few hours and definitely within 8. In the first couple days of being 'on the road', we had a few operational questions and once again, Bernadette answered promptly and provided an answer or helped us problem solve. She is extremely organized and had paperwork and documents in the RV for any eventuality that might arise. She provided an inventory of items in the RV so we knew what we needed to provide and it was also helpful as we prepared for the check-out. The RV was in good condition. Bernadette reviewed the areas that were worn or damaged during orientation. We enjoyed our 2 week vacation and Bernadette certainly contributed to the success of the trip. She gives Outdoorsy a good name and they should value her participation in the organization. I and my family highly recommend Bernadette.

Bernadette and Kevin were very friendly and explained everything about the RV before we headed out. This RV has been very well cared for, and we really had a great time using this on our trip. It is so roomy, especially with 2 slide-outs, and it felt like we brought our house with us on our trip!!! Plenty of space for us and our 2 college-aged kids. It was also very comfortable to drive and ride in while heading along the coast of California. We would definitely rent this again!

This was our first RV trip and rental. We had a great experience with Bernadette and Kevin. We got a detailed orientation when picking up the RV along with a booklet that explained the use of the various systems. The coach was in excellent shape and all we had to care about was to enjoy camping with our kids. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying we have rented many an RV before and this and this rental has far exceeded any prior experience. Bernadette takes great pride in her rig and the rental process. She was the hostess with the mostess. She was extremely communicative, answered all of our questions, had a beautifully laid out handbook with thorough instructions on how to use everything and included a good amount of needed essentials (pots, pans, utensils, toilet paper, dish towels) as well as a sweet candy dish for our kiddos! She takes great pride in her rig and it shows. Everything was clean, well maintained and in good working order. The pickup and drop off process was easy, and our trip was fabulous! We WILL book with Bernadette again. Fabulous rig, great lady!
