Although you guys are very responsive, this year's experience was definitely not as positive as in the past. The trailers weren't very clean, the tank was still full and some of the items weren't working properly. Many of the overhead lights in the camper weren't operational. The lack of kitchen towels/cloths and bedding this year was also unexpected and with us never having had to bring them, we definitely didn't plan great in the kitchen area! Maybe a list of things we would need would be helpful. We had never rented without these so found ourselves struggling!

Sorry you guys didn’t find this year as great as prior years.
We do have a few things we would like to address regarding some of your comments. We actually personally dumped the tanks prior to your arrival. As we discussed with Tammy sometimes the sensors have things like food particles, grease, soap scum, or toilet paper that can be difficult to remove from them giving false readings. We actually filled the tanks completely, hauled the campers to alive and flushed them prior to your arrival to try to help clean the sensors. Regarding the lights. We tested them the day after your comment. Every light works in both campers as they should. We’re wondering if you guys missed a switch during your stay but we didn’t realize you were having that issue or we could have tried to troubleshoot it with you. As for the bedding. We actually told Tammy 4 times that there were no pillows, towels, or bed linens. Once prior to you booking back a year ago. And 3 times within the last month up to the week of your stay. We know this is different that past years but prior to booking she was aware and we tried to communicate as much as we could that there wouldn’t be any. We do appreciate the business the past few years and wish you guys the best of luck. Thanks for staying with us.

Being that we had family there, we only used camper for sleeping. We lost some vegetables because we did not realize frig turned up to chill, it froze them. Entry door very noisy. I would rent again. Thank you

Staff was excellent to work with and very responsive. Camper was clean, cold, and ready to go upon arrival. Will definitely use again in the future.

As always, great service of RV rental. Spacious, clean, well stocked. And they helped me with a couple of issues along the way and troubleshooting the problem.
