Overall a really positive experience and would definitely do it again. The van had great amenities, really everything we would want. The owner communicated well and the check in process was simple and smooth. Only complaints are that 1. The main side door only works 1/4 of the time. This gets really frustrating really fast and needs to be fixed. 2. The fridge was spotty. It got fully warm for a half a day and ruined a lot of food. 3. While it’s stated there’s no a/c, I wasn’t aware this included the actual car a/c too. Got really hot driving around. A $20 recharge kit would fix this in a few minutes.
