RV was in great shape and did very well for our trip.

The RV had a few issues and was generally able to address them with the host.

Our overall experience was good. The host was very responsive throughout. Having said that when we arrived to get the RV the people had been working on it that day which made the pick up process a little longer than expected. The RV did drive well through the mountains and when told the generator didn’t work well they provided us with an extra one that same day so that was a plus. Chairs and an awesome blackstone-like grill were provided which was great for campsites that didn’t allow fires. Couple things I would mention was that the flooring and carpeting were not super clean when we arrived. No broom was provided during the trip so dirt and grime was accumulated during our stay. No other cleaning supplies were provided either. Some of the cabinet organization could have been better and the only knife we had was a knife cleaver other than that most items were provided on that front. The beds in bunks and upper loft were not super comfortable either however they did provide a comfortable air mattress. More pillows in master bed would have been appreciated but again these are small things as we did enjoy our experience and the RV did what it needed to which was get us from one destination to another.

LeGrande’s vehicle was fantastic for our road and camping trip. It’s spacious, works well and had no issues on our ride. LeGrande was very communicative with our novice questions, and we very much appreciated it.

Functionally, the trailer was great and Legrand was good to work with.
The reason’s for a lower rating is because of the following.
The trailer was a complete mess when I got it. I spent the first 2 hours of my trip cleaning the trailer. Floors were dirty, cupboards were dusty, counter tops were dirty and sticky. The pop-up tables were sticky and dirty. Fridge hadn’t been wiped out and the worst of it was the toilet hadn’t been cleaned either. The inside was a bit rough, but it is a toy hauler and things get beat up in a toy hauler. There must be a water leak somewhere under the fridge and sink because there’s obvious water damage and there was a small amount of water on the floor by the fridge any time we used the water pump. Setup of the trailer was challenging because the front stabilizer jacks were both bent out of place badly.
This was by no means, Legrand’s fault, but, on our way home, the wheel started smoking because it got so hot from one of the brakes falling apart inside the drum so I had to disassemble the break assembly just to get the trailer home. I’m sure Legrand will have fixed the breaks before it goes out again. The trailer itself was a bad rental, again, incredibly dirty inside, exterior hadn’t been washed, it was beat up inside and outside when we got it and the trailer didn’t pull well at all, but, I give it 3 stars because Legrand was extremely nice and great to work with. I would work with Legrand again but I would not rent his Stryker 2912 trailer again.

Trailer was functional but well used, LaGrande was great and helpful, trailer was dirty but meant less to worry about during the trip.
