About Brandon Johnson's RV rentals

I originally bought this trailer to keep at a site in wasaga but the fees went up and I chose to not go back. I eventually realized it made more sense to rent my trailer out to help with the payments and maintenance on it. It is in very good condition and I am very passionate about making sure everything is what I promise. I do work 50+hours a week but I appreciate anyone who’s interested in renting my trailer and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have as quick as I can.

Brandon was great to deal with. Trailer was as the pics show and was clean when I picked it up. Pick up and drop off was very simple and easy.

Was a great rental. The host provided support through the whole trip. Everything worked as it should. Unit was clean and tanks were empty to reduce extra weight.

Very nice trailer. But That was all.
It is $46.00 a night. But in reality, it cost me $269.84 for 3 nights1) First of all, I was given the wrong address.
2) Brandon didn't show up to show me how to safely turn on the gas furnace, fridge, or hot water.
3) The fresh water tank was empty. Brandon messaged me to tell me that, but I was
already on the road so I didn't get that email.
That information should be in the FEATURES.
We couldn't use the washroom or wash up.
4) There was to be a satellite, TV, CD, and DVD. There was none of that. I noticed after I
complained about it that the ad was edited to look like it was not included. The ad said
there were 20 DVDs/CDs but there were 13 jackets and 3 were missing.
5) The battery was low when I got the trailer and was dead the next morning.
6) The Black water tank was 2/3 full. I couldn't use the toilet anyway because I had no
water.
7) I could smell propane the first day that we got the trailer. So there is a gas leak
somewhere.
8) The second day we ran out of propane. We now can't cook. We have no heat and the
nights are cold. It's a good thing that I couldn't get the water heater working because I
would have burnt out the tank.
This was a very bad trailer experience. I would NOT rent from Brandon ever again.

I am really disappointed that we spent money knowing we would be getting what we read in the add but we didn't
The owner wasn't there to explain how to use everything when we picked it up
It wasn't cleaned
The table and tv were both broken
The battery wasn't re charged so it was dead
