Great experience. Steffanie is extremely helpful and customer service oriented. She's great at explaining and ensuring you understand using the RV. Will rent from her again.

Steffanie is a pleasure to work with. Very nice and accommodating. The trailer was perfect for our needs. I took if from Texas to Wisconsin and back.

We had such a great time. This 5th wheel was perfect. Had all the amenities from home including a comfortable bed! We will definitely be renting from Steffanie again. She made this so easy for us!

The hot water worked inconsistently. We eventually figured out that the kitchen faucet had to be running for the hot water in the shower to work. I was told this should be fixed by the time it’s booked again though. It would be super helpful to have a checklist of what needs to be done for hookups and such, especially for newbies like us. There were also no bath towels or coffee/spices, or dish soap, so just know that ahead of time. The mattress was also still covered in plastic (?) which was noticeably noisy. Overall it’s a nice little place and we were comfortable staying in it. Communication was excellent.

Lauren We thank you for your feed back. The hot water issue has been fix. It was a water pressure issue, by having the renter put on the pressure reducer is cause the tankless system to not flow correctly. This no longer an issue. A manual has been created for all future rentals to help with set up and tear down. Bath towel and dish soap have been added to the camper. We truly appreciate you helping us to get better. Nice trailer has an issues with it. Had a smell to it from the toilet.

John very sorry for you troubles. The issue has been resolved and the trailer smells clean and fresh now.
