They were very helpful setting up the trailer and delivered it promptly. We had a little trouble with the AC but got it working. There was plenty of room for 5 adults to sleep.

Shannon and her family were AMAZING hosts. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Her husband Ryan pulled the trailer up to the top of a hill and set it up in a very challenging location that was assigned to us by the hosts of the place we were staying. Ryan was incredibly patient leveling the trailer, and explained how things worked in the trailer and with the generator. Mind this was our very first experience camping out on a trailer. A few hours later, I tried to start off the generator, but wasn't able to get the heater working. I messaged Shannon and they came all the way to our campsite to turn the heater on to make sure we were nice and cozy on a pretty gloomy and wet night. The next day, when they came to pick up the trailer, they even helped my husband unstuck our car from the mud. Everything in the trailer were as described and functioning. I can't recommend Shannon enough!

Great experience. Kids had a blast with the bunks. Shannon was a great host, helped us get situated at a campsite and set up for the weekend. Would recommend!

Shannon and Ryan were a pleasure to meet and their unit was perfect for our trip. It served as the dressing room for my son and his groomsmen. (And our place to sleep!). Great people - great unit.

Two trips renting from Shannon now, a wonderful trailer for families or large groups of friends, and kept in great condition! The generator was a life saver in the August heat.
