Cheryl is a great host. Upon arrival, she took the time to walk through the trailer and show me around. She explained how things worked. Cheryl is a great host and I recommend the Eclipse trailer. It's a good, all-around, solid trailer!

Saw this unit available for my dates so I booked it & messaged Cheryl. After a couple days of not hearing back from her I called Outdoorsy. They said they’d call her & get back to me. They did & told me Cheryl would be calling me. I never heard from Cheryl, all I got was an email from Outdoorsy saying she canceled the trip. No explanation, no nothing from Cheryl. Her delay cost me valuable time in finding a rental for the busiest weekend of the year. Poor communication & poor customer service on Cheryl’s part.

My wife and I rented Cheryl's 18' trailer for 4 nites over Christmas break. It was really convenient to pick it up on our way to the Mojave desert since she is located in Apple Valley. She even offered to meet us in Barstow, which saved us 50 miles of driving, both when we picked it up and brought it back. That was very sweet and much appreciated. The trailer condition was excellent and well maintained and we would rent it again. They helped us hook it up and ran us completely thru everything. On our trip we did have a problem with the battery--it turned out to be a bad battery even though it was only a year old. So we had to be very conservative with power and charge it every day, but no big problem--they have since replaced it. As consideration of this, Cheryl refunded $50 to us which was very honorable of her. This was our first time renting a private party RV and we enjoyed the experience, especially from this fine young lady. We cannot speak highly enough of Cheryl and our experience.
