Michael kept me well informed leading up tot he rental, got us comfortable with all the rv features and went above and beyond to make sure we were good throughout our trip.

This was a horrible experience and Michael is not an honest person. He knew there were electrical issues when we picked up the RV because he said we couldn't have the AC and the microwave running at the same time. We were already packed up and ready to go, RV paid for, so we left for our vacation. Little did we know the electrical plug was corroded and needed to be replaced in order to get electricity! We might as well have been in a tent - an expensive one! My husband spent the first day of our vacation driving around trying to find parts to replace the plug. Then it took hours to fix it. Of course, we called Michael to tell him of this problem and he did say he would reimburse us, but that wasn't the case. He paid for the $25 part, but did not reimburse us for the time or hassle.We thought we were renting an RV in good working condition, but clearly there was an electrical problem Michael knew about prior to us driving away. On our way home, we had a flat tire - even though we aired the tires and tightened the bolts multiple times. This was our responsibility since the RV was in our possession - bad luck. We had to pay for a new tire (even though there was already a full sized tire) out of our security deposit, so we only recieved $338 back and zero compensation (other than a $25 part) for my husband's time fixing what should have been Michael's responsibility. We held up our end, but Michael didn't take responsibility for the pre-existing electrical problems and for ruining the first day of our vacation.
