This was a first time experience, which had some of my own learning curves. But overall it was a fun journey and adventure for my family. The owner was very good about communicating when questions arose. It was a great first time RV experience.

My friends and I take this annual trip and it was the first time we rented a RV. While the RV we rented was not available at the last second, the owner quickly found an upgrade with no extra charge to make sure we could leave on time. The RV was big and a little scary to drive but very clean and comfortable for 5 adults. And we can’t wait to rent a RV again next year.

This was our first RV trip and it was a great success! Emran was very helpful from start to finish, and was very responsive to any questions...usually within minutes. I used it with my two adult children and there was enough space for us all. It was convenient when one could drive and others could rest in the back. You have to remember to go slow (55 MPH is as fast as you can safely go) and allow for much more travel time, and allow more room for turning if you are not used to large vehicles like this. It drives like a truck, so you have to be ready for that, but I got the hang if it within a few minutes of driving. The freezer/frig seemed large enough for us, although we planned on having a lot of non-perishable foods with us. Because of the potential for cold weather, we didn't use the shower/toilet but instead used the campground facilities which worked well. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't need to travel in 5 star hotels!

I am charged 700$ for additional charges. I feel its outrageous. Please dont go with this company trying to cover their RV expenses from your pocket.

Mr Shaili,You forgot to mention that you had an accident and damaged our RV. That's is why you were charged $700. I know it hurts to pay hundreds in damages but we charged the least we could. Good for you that my Rv repair/body shop is very reasonable in 50 miles radius. All Rv shops charge $150-175 just to give estimate which renters (you) pay. My Rv shop does not charge me that so it saved you that initial money. The deductible you chose was higher ($1500) than the damage ($700) so any damage under deductible amount was your responsibility. And Mr Shaili you are the one who chose & agreed with those terms. And as responsible citizens we must compensate the owner if we damage his or her property. Would you not agree to that! There are no two opinions on this matter.Moreover, we did not charge you Loss Of Use. If owner of the vehicle has to cancel next reservation or lose the days to make revenue because vehicle is in body shop, renter may legally be responsible & charged for that. All rental companies & most owners in US charge Loss of Use. This damage repair would cost us minimum of 3 days of down time which adds up to $660 which was never billed to you. We do not do that to our patrons. For all this we should have gotten 5 stars but I understand that it was your first Rv trip, you had no experience and had no idea how things work with damage coverage in case of an incident.You stated that we are trying to cover our Rv expenses from your pocket, which is totally FALSE. We are trying to cover the damages you caused to our new RV. We gave you 5 stars despite of your bad ratings and the damage you caused, devalued our Rv & caused us to lose revenue making opportunity in a very busy season. Hope you never run into another accident but God forbid if you did you will find out how charges will stack up with another company. We keep damage charges at lowest as we believe in repeat business. Lastly, your rating is totally unfair but that is ok. We will keep working hard to maintain high standards and putting honor & integrity before money no matter what. Thank you
