We are a family that is new to the RV world and loving it! We live in beautiful Colorado where there are so many options from camping to skiing and everything in between. Our family made the jump into RV ownership after a trip to the Oregon Coast in July 2020. Our kids had a great time and what better way to spend quality family together.

We had the RV for 3 weeks and we liked it very much. We took it to many parks, and it did the mountain climbs very well. The rear camera was handy for driving backwards. Sarah responded very quick if we needed help with the RV.

This pop up trailer was perfect for our family weekend camping trip! It was a good size with plenty of room for the 4 of us, the heater was definitely appreciated in the chilly mornings, and the 3 burner stovetop made it easy to make coffee (provided percolator) and still have 2 burners for indoor cooking. It towed very easy with our mid size SUV, and the owners lent out a ball hitch. The owners were very helpful, took the time to show us everything at pickup, and were super responsive to any questions while we were on the trip. The owners have the camper well stocked with the basics needed, so it’s ready to go.

The trailer was easy to tow, setup and take down. The inside is well laid out for storing kitchen items and other things you might use when camping. The trailer has a toilet, sink, stove and heater. and plenty of room to pack camping chairs, fishing gear and other items. We camped at Steam Boat Lake and had a great time. We will rent again from Sarah who is very friendly.

Sarah was fantastic to work with and the camper is so easy to use! We did not have hook ups and the A/C, refrigerator, stove, and bathroom worked perfectly. Best mattresses ever! I've never slept so comfortably camping. We had 4 people and it worked perfectly.

Sarah was great! We arranged to be picked up at the airport and were on our way in no time! This RV camper is great! Lots of room, it was easy to drive and had everything we needed. At the end they met us at our hotel and were so flexible with the pickup time that it ended the trip on a high note.
I would definitely recommend this camper and this renter, its been the best RV experience ever!

We had a wonderful experience with the owners. They were super easy to work with and flexible with time. The Pop up was very clean and well taken care of. They have thought of everything you could possibly need inside. Would rent again!

This was our first time using an RV and the owners took time to explain everything to us, wrote some instructions down, and were available by text and phone to help us when we needed it. When receiving the RV it was clean and well stocked with necessities/supplies, which helped us feel more comfortable. The RV unfortunately had a breakdown during our trip, which sidelined us for 3 days, but other than that everything worked pretty well and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Sarah took care of everything when the RV needed to be fixed. We didn’t feel that Outdoorsy roadside assistance was very helpful when the RV started making noises. My first call was pretty early in the am, 3 or so, and the assistant I spoke with said that he would start calling shops around 8 or 9. I asked him if he could try to find 24/7 roadside assistance, and he said he would and then call me back. After about 2 hrs I hadn’t heard anything so I called Outdoorsy back and your notes stated that they would start calling shops around 8 or 9. I told them I had asked the 1st assistant to start calling this am. The 2nd assistant did start calling to find 24/7 assistance w/ no luck. He also said that shops wouldn’t be open until 8 or 9. I started calling myself and found a 24/7 tow co./mechanic. I spoke with him and after he heard my issue he said I should continue driving to Boise and he gave me a shop name to go to. I made it to Boise and worked w/ that shop. I understand my calls to Outdoorsy were early in the am and shops weren’t opened, but by getting it to a shop early we were able to get right in. Granted, the fix took a few days due to the part needing to come from CA. I’m not sure why your assistants couldn’t find a 24/7 mechanic to at least advise on the next step?
The RV was very comfortable and fun to figure out as we traveled. We would use Outdoorsy again, and we would work with Sarah too. However, we may try a tow behind or truck bed camper next time to make it easier to travel in the mts.

Very cute and cozy RV and wonderful people to rent from. Can’t say enough good things about the trip and the RV was an awesome little home to-go!
