Curtis is a great guy and super nice.
The RV was reliable and almost always started up right away. Same with the generator. We really enjoyed the RV but felt the need to put sheets on the couch and dining cushions as it's an older RV, but that was just for our own comfort. This was our first outdoorsy experience. I doubt it will be our last. It got us to the coast and back. I am grateful for the opportunity. What a treat it was to just wake up and drive without waking the wife or kids. Just expect an older RV and you will have a pleasant trip. Good value. If want a newer and clean and new motorhome rent a different one, but it will cost you more. Thanks Curtis!

As a first time driver of an RV, this worked well. When we had a question, the owners were a text away and gave us an answer.

The owner was super nice, but unfortunately the vehicle had many issues, such as: cabin heat was not working, air conditioning barely worked, water level indicators on all tanks were not working, brakes started to make scary noises by the end of the trip. Other than the brakes the motorhome felt good on the highway - not too jittery or noisy.

The RV was very dirty when we got it. The air conditioner didn't work when driving. Had issues with the car battery and coolant. Had to spend much of our time on the side of the road.

Curtis is a champ. We hired the car for 5 weeks including burning man and some national parks. Any time we needed advice/help Curtis was contactable and willing to help. I had never had an RV before so there were several dumb questions.

I give him this rating due to his circumstances at the time we rented this camper! We received a camper that was not in condition to be rented. The generator never started for us. We had no levelers for the camper. We were told that the battery was fully charged nothing to worry about, but without the generator we couldn’t even use the lights without emptying the battery. We had to return it the next day . We almost didn’t make it back to our car as the turbo stopped working and had to go about 30 miles per hour praying we make it to our car 1 1/2 hours away. We are asking for a refund as we couldn’t even use this camper for even a day. Luckily we just drove it to Mt Shasta and parked it otherwise only god knows we’re we would be stuck in the road somewhere within vehicle. The list of things that supposedly came with we were told at the end that was all optional and we should have asked for it! There was no paper work prepared for us! Nothing was signed! We expect a refund of at least 2 days and our deposit of $1000 fully returned! We understand that the truck was having problems with the Turbo engine. Why it was rented in that condition is beyond us. Luckily we didn’t drive it far or it would have been a lot worse!!

We had a terrific trip! Curtis is personable and present. He works hard to ensure we have a safe and pleasant trip. We will rent this RV again

Curtis deliverd and picked up truck w/no problems .however truck was not one listed . no awning,exhaust vents blew a fuse day one had a NEW USED BATTERY which died 5am of second day alarm was loud at 5am generator would not start until I had battery charged by another vehicle 3 times during week ,voltage in battery 7.6 volts never got to 100% even w/full charge .Propane tanks one read 1/3 full the other empty brought to filling station owner said they need to be replaced as they could not purge mechanical nightmare due to battery and propane tanks informed Curtis we would like a 50% refund .this is one of five rvs he rents
