Mike is really great and flexible on pick up and return. The pop up definitely needs work/maintenance. One of the back stabilizers screw is stripped so it was extremely difficult to get back up in place. One of the beds has issues with rolling in and out and there are parts of the bracket that are broken and bent. Everything else was fine. Once those issues are fixed, I would be happy to rent again.

Michael was great. He was flexible and accommodating with the drop off time (I got back earlier than expected). The unit was in good shape and performed well on my last minute weekend getaway.

Michael is extremely friendly and understanding. The RV was plenty spacious for two couples and easy to haul. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing travel to Yellowstone National Park. The Popup Trailer was totally awesome. My wife and I would surely do this again. Michael is an amazing gentleman and he is for the best interests for the people.

There's lots of labor involved setting up this pop up camp trailer. The mechanical outriggers are difficult to level out when you have a hand crank thats 3/8" in dia. that wants to bend when turned. The battery charge did not last long, just 1 night and the charge was gone. Front screen door was missing partitions for privacy and the screen door while hanging from the ceiling in the storage position was just stapled loosely. Evident water damage on the ceiling from previous renters that was not repaired. It takes approximately 1 hr to set up the trailer and labor intense. Misleading ad on the rental description. Would not recommend this camp trailer to rent..

Everything was nice and was working the day before, but when I got to the camp site nothing worked. The camper itself was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Michael was nice enough to understand and said he would work on getting me a refund.
