Good condition. Well outfitted with everything needed. They were very patient going over everything with us. The trailer pulled very easily. Would definitely rent it again

Over all it was a great trip and we had fun making memories that will last forever.The bad:
2 towels for 3 people when you know it is 3 people leaves someone using hand towels at the showers, one blanket for three people leaves a 2 people cold. The fridge needs a latch or a way to prevent it from opening on every turn. The radio is difficult to use but did come preloaded with some Japanese music. I would also recommend some how to videos on like YouTube you could reference later.The ugly: after the trip we were accused of braking the tire holder on the back of the van. It was hanging on by a thread when they gave it to us, said the know about it and try to be easy on it - which we were - about 800 miles later the metal finally gave way. No surprise this is wear and tear - but to accuse your renter of this is absurd. You knew of the issue and had not fixed it. Take pictures of everything especially when they tell you not to worry about it.

This was our 1st experience with a campervan and it was great! Since it was our 1st time, we did have several questions which were promptly answered! The van included all necessary kitchen tools, dishes, and linens. The van was very clean , bed was super comfortable, and lots of hooks for our things. Pack light as storage is limited. AC/heat and cooktop worked great. We did the Mighty 5 National Parks in Utah along with the Mt. Carmel highway thru the tunnel - the van fits easily! All in all a very fun and adventurous experience!

Rv is maintained very well, but the price for extra miles is very high compared to others as most of them will charge 30 cents but here it is 45 cents per mile.

Was a great layout for our family of four. Unfortunately the refrigerator had a strong unpleasant smell. We ended up having to buy charcoal packets and borrow someone else’s cooler and ice.
