Carlos and his staff were very professional, easy to work with, and accomodating. They provided some extra supplies to us that we would not have had time to purchase in town before heading into the mountains and were timely at both pickup and drop off.

My experience on the rental of the RV was great, gentleman was very helpful on walking me thru all the details of the RV and then he also helped me find the right plug for 15amps/ 30amps. Very good communication on drop off he text the time. Thank you very much all the best.

We had a great RV experience! Communication and the assistance from the host was fast, on time and very friendly. RV was clean. Ordered kitchen set, which was useful. Wish it had basic kitchen needs, like dish soap, sponge, paper towel, garbage bags. Pick up and drop off experience was great. A bit out of town, remote location, but OK. Since this is pretty new for me, what I learned is to make sure I read and take pictures off all the digital numbers for my records like the odometer, generator, etc. Highly recommend Kanata Adventures. We will rent for them again.

Getting the RV was eazy, Carlos provided excellent explanations on how the unit works. We've had a technical issue with the battery but excellent service from Carlos who sent an employee to Banff in order to change the faulty unit! What a service! The RV was cozy, clean and easy to use. Carlos was always available to answer our questions and provide support if needed.

No problems with pick up and delivery. Vehicle is used a lot and might need some realignment on the front wheels. Vibrates a bit over a certain speed. Everything else was great.

Everything went very smooth. Communication, explanation, remote support,...
Kanata adventures is a party which you can trust to rent an RV. They take their time to explain everyting will in the beginning of your trip. Remote support in case of any questions wasn´t a problem at all.
