First off, BIG THANKS to Maria and Rickey for the "welcome to RV life" introduction!!! Prior to departing, I had a thorough walkthrough of all the RVs components. On night #1, Rickey answered my call at 1230am when I needed guidance on the jacks system and followed up with me in the morning after. As reference, we took a trip to Mt. Rushmore with a 10yr old and 4yr old and small puppy and this suited us great. Also, I'll say the king bed sleeps really well. See you next summer hopefully.

Rickey and Maria were great to work with and were willing to answer any questions we had while out on the road. Mickey (the RV) was well stocked and between the 3 TVs, large kitchen, king bed, and outdoor kitchenette, we couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely be renting Mickey again!

We had a great time on our trip and this RV made life so much better.
The kids where so excited...
Rickey did a great job explaining all of the ins and outs of the RV and it worked just fine during our trip.
In short we would recommend this RV for anyone else looking into it. Just not when we rent it next =-)

My husband and myself thoroughly cleaned the RV, filled up the tank with gas, filled up the propane and dumped the sewage 4 times in 5 days. Ricky still did not seem happy with how hard we worked to take care of his vehicle. I feel now the nibbling away and trying to keep as much of our money is now coming down the track. Not sure what he's doing with out money yet. Still waiting.......

Ricky was great to work with and very responsive. Mickey the RV was awesome to use and our family had a blast exploring the Grand Canyon and Utah. I would highly recommend it!

We never rent this large. But we’re very pleased. It was equipped with everything needed. The check in & return process was simple. Although we knew about RV’s Maria & Ricky answered any questions we had, even about the outdoorsy app. The return messages in a timely manner. Look forward to renting again. Didn’t get photos 😏
