About Ramirez 's RV rentals

We are a family of 10 that includes one son n law and two grandchildren with a third one on the way. Our granddaughter and grandson are the most recent members of our family and our greatest joy. We have one cat, and her name is Luci. Our favorite trips are when we are all together no matter the location.

It was my first time driving an RV and I was little nervous but this one drives really nicely. Jose was super friendly and did a great job walking me through all the features of the vehicle. It was a great fit for 5 adults and there was plenty of storage. Definitely plan to rent again!

We where excited and nervous to rent an RV for the first time but the Ramirez family made this process so easy and understandable and so much fun. The RV is beautiful and clean and runs great. Instructions were through and helpful before the rental and questions we had messaged during our rental where answered right away. I love how spacious this RV is. Plenty of space for family. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of drawer and closet space. Overall we had a great time and loved the experience with the Ramirez family and their RV.

I’ve used outdoorsy several times. It’s been a more then pleasant experience every time, until my recent rental from the Ramirez family. They send us out with a battery that doesn’t hold a charge. So we had to keep the generator running for 4 days (in order to keep the fridge cold) which was not pleasant. The owner was not wearing a mask upon check out or return, me and my wife have both come down with a sickness while we were staying in the RV. In times like this with a deadly virus circulating the globe, the Ramirez family should be held accountable for following outdoorsy protocol when it comes to covid 19.

Upon arrival at our home to pick up the RV I asked Anthony if he prefers me to wear a mask, he said no as I realized his family and himself was not wearing one. So I decided not to wear one as both my wife and I cannot wear them for health reasons. We always ask our customers what they prefer and will put one on if they request.At 2:58pm on December 10th I messaged Anthony to remind him the RV was due back at 11am on the 14th of December. He responded at 11:08 on December 14th, the day of the return. We did not expect him to bring it late, as we have busy schedules. Apparently he sent a text to outdoorsy at 7am stating that he would be arriving after check out which would be 5pm. He did not let us know prior of his intention which alters our schedule.When he finally returned with our RV it was at 5:55pm on the 14th which is 55 minutes after he was suppose to be here the second time. The first time would’ve been 11am. He rang the doorbell(which we did not hear) and messaged us that he was leaving the keys in the storage and had a cold so couldn’t stay for the check in. We messaged him on outdoorsy and notified him he needs to come back to fill out paperwork and do the walkthrough. He said he’d be back tomorrow 12/15. Upon arrival today 12/15 again, he was not wearing a mask and stated he was upset we would be charging a cleaning fee for not cleaning the RV. Their was dust, dirt/sand, crumbs, food stuck in the sink, finger prints and nothing had been wiped down, cleaned and sanitized the way we gave it to him. They left blankets and food in the pantry. It also had a distinct smell masked with perfume. We have a strong no smoking policy. He got upset when we told him we would be charging him a cleaning fee. That’s when he began saying harsh words. I hope that he can put as much energy to something positive as he did to how he responded to us on his rental.

A great experience! First time renting and they were exceptional! They were so detailed and answers all my questions. I would recommend to anyone looking. The rv was so nice. We went to borrego for thanksgiving and took 8 kids and they all loved it! No more freezing in a tent when you can rent this! I will definitely be renting again. Thank you again!!!

Thank you Ramirez Family for offering your beautiful RV to us. When originally enquiring about the RV they were very fast to respond and very flexible with working around my schedule to allow me to pick it up early. The RV was immaculate, everything worked perfectly, and when we had a question about the power outlet late at night they were very fast to respond, walk us through the electrical, and help us resolve the issue. We loved the layout of the RV, it is very spacious and comfortable and drives like a dream. Thanks again, we would absolutely recommend this RV to friends and family.

This RV was exactly what I thought it would be. Ran perfectly and was a super smooth ride. My RV ended up not making it out of the shop and I was able to rent theirs the night before taking off and they made it easy. During the trip, some damage occurred to the RV and rather than going full price from an RV shop, they found a cheaper way to repair it themselves to save me plenty of money.
Highly recommend renting from the Ramirez family!

This was such a wonderful host and RV! From the time I inquired about the RV they were very responsive. When we picked it up he was very thorough walking us through the steps as we were first time RV travelers. This made it super simple to do at the camp site! We took our two young daughters (3 &4) and this was perfect for them! The entire RV was very clean and well kept. All of the places to sleep were super comfortable and when we text our host with a question he responded right back. This was an outstanding experience in all aspects and we hope to rent this from him again soon! Highly recommend!!!!
