Thanks Valerie and Craig for a seamless experience. They were so understanding when our flight got cancelled, rearranged their schedule to meet us the following day. Both Valerie and Craig were communicative and helpful. The RV is cutely decorated, easy to operate, and comfortable!

Thank you, Valerie and Craig, for sharing your RV for our trip of a lifetime. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on our tour of Utah from the comfort of our little home on wheels for 11 nights. I found the vehicle easy to drive, including the driver’s seat comfortable and supportive for the long hauls. The RV systems were easier than expected to run between the quick overview at pick-up, the video that was provided, and the owner’s manual. When I had a question by text during the trip, Valerie and Craig were quick to return an answer. While the engine did warm up the cab, it was Fall weather and if needed, the AC worked very well for us. Valerie and Craig, I can’t pontificate enough how much we enjoyed this trip— seeing the sights and making stellar memories from the comfort and containment of our traveling home during a pandemic.

Had such an amazing time, Valerie and Craig were amazing hosts and communication was amazing. The rv was super clean and cute, just like in their pictures. Would definitely rent again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as first time RV renters and drivers. Valerie and Craig were extremely helpful and communicative. The RV was clean, in great condition, and didn’t give us any trouble. We bought some last minute camping gear, including a cooler, lantern, chairs, and a table, only to find that the RV already had all of these things, which was a nice surprise. It’s true the front cab can get hot because of the chassis, but running both A/Cs made driving more tolerable. All in all, we couldn’t have been happier — so much so we’re thinking of buying our own!

Fantastic first-time experience in an RV! Val and Craig were extremely helpful and responsive during our trip. Our family was comfortable and had everything we could want provided. Overall, a smooth process with rental and delivery. We are looking forward to our next RV trip. Thanks Val and Craig! Have fun on your trip to Montana :)

Best experience from start to finish! RV is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to make your adventure a memorable one. Valerie and her husband Craig, are friendly, informative and very responsive to questions, concerns and recommendations. My husband, 23 year old twins and I enjoyed a much needed getaway to the Santa Cruz Redwoods. We just got back, and are planning our next adventure again soon. Thank you Valerie and Craig!

Valerie was very responsive and easy to work with during the entire rental process.We picked up the RV in San Francisco and found it to be very clean, well decorated and stocked. We really didn’t need many of the things we brought (chairs, utensils, towels, dishes).Since this was our first ever RV trip, she sent us a training video in advance to review. Her husband Craig also trained us on how to hook up the water, electrical, sewage and took us on a training drive. They also explained how everything inside worked.The hot water gets hot fast. The air conditioner cools off quickly. One night the temperature dropped down low and ... yes the heater kicked on. Their was also swifter mop really came in handy!The RV drove well and used less gas than we expected. The heat coming off the floor in the front cab is the only thing that was uncomfortable. All in all this was a great experience.

Thank you Kimberly! You and Lori were great and easy to work with! You guys left the RV so clean and took great care of the RV, which is much appreciated! Yes, the heat in front cab is annoying but a general issue with this chassis. However, I will look into fixes for this!

This was our first RV experience, and we really lucked out renting this RV from Valerie.The overall living area is set up to feel like you are at home, and made the experience so much more enjoyable for us especially since we had never RV'ed before this trip. It is a very well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and manageable space.The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware, easy to use appliances, and secure cabinet space.
The bathroom, including shower, is nicer than in some hotels I have seen! And, the hot water worked great too.
The main bed is very comfortable and cozy with fresh linens, a variety of pillows, a comforter, and a blanket.
There is a loft space with bedding over the driver that we used as well. The TV is tucked in the loft space and can easily be adjusted so the entire cabin can watch.
There is a good-sized closet and plenty of cabinet space throughout to hide away your belongings for even more surface area.
There is good lighting throughout, and there is an awning and outdoor chairs and cooler provided. Bike rack is also available -- which we used.The vehicle felt very safe to drive as well -- we had no issues mechanically etc.But, mostly, we really appreciated our communications with Valerie -- she was so helpful, understanding, and accommodating. She is VERY knowledgeable and organized -- which, again, we really appreciated since this was a new experience for us. She and her husband really take good care of this vehicle and were so happy to know we had such a great time using it.We would highly recommend renting this RV.

We had a great time with Valerie's and Craig's RV. They're very responsive and attentive to our concerns and issues. Everything was perfect except for electrical issues we had during the last few days in the trip, which I know they intend to fix right away.
