Don't hesitate, just book it! From our first inquiry through the very last minute of our trip, Ben was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. His RV was EVERYTHING we expected AND MORE. The RV was clean, meticulously maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. He thoroughly explained how everything worked when we picked up the RV and even had a binder with reminders throughout in case we had forgotten. Ben was the epitome of a great host and his RV was just right for our family of 4+dog!

Clean vehicle, in great shape mechanically, loaded with all you need on your adventure. Ben is excellent at explaining all facets of the RV and is also just a text away from any answers to questions that may pop up. We had a fabulous trip and plan to go again in the future.

Ben did a fantastic job preparing the RV with tons of essentials and even nice-to-haves, like camp chairs, a Blackstone grill, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, outdoor carpet, mattress pad, coffee maker, etc. He communicated quickly and clearly before and especially during the rental. The binder of operating instructions provided with the RV was straightforward and very thoughtfully prepared. The RV itself was clearly well maintained and cleaned, and came with all necessary hoses and fixtures for easy hookups. It's a perfect size to maneuver nearly anywhere, and even as RV newbies we found it trivial to hook up, dump, and drive. If you drive a sedan normally it will take a little getting used to (especially the play in the steering and the engine noise), but that's completely typical of this class of RV/chassis. The vehicle and coach AC was ice cold, the generator worked reliably for many hours, and the propane stove was hot and lit easily every time.

We really enjoyed our trip with Windy! We are a family of four, two teenagers, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We went to Shenandoah and Washington DC. This was our second trip renting through Outdoorsy. Ben was great and explained everything. Pick up and drop off were seamless. FYI this camper is best with full hookups. Battery did not last all night. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience with this RV. Very well equipped and easy to use. Ben was great at explaining everything and responds quickly to messages. I would highly recommend it and hope we get the pleasure to use it again one day.

Great RV with a surprising amount of storage. Ben provides everything you need except food and clothes. We are looking forward to renting again next year.
