This experience was far from what we hoped and soured us on using Outdoorsy again. While Drew was pleasant and responsive, he contacted us a few days before we were to take delivery (and were already en route to Montana) to let us know the toilet would be inoperational. He didn’t offer any reduction in price despite the loss of a key amenity. Only after we tried to use the sink and shower did we learn the problem is far worse, and that gray water actually floods the interior of the camper when any faucet is turned on. Our bags and shoes ended up saturated in standing water. Though the only thing we turned on was the fridge (didn’t even use lights), the battery drained completely in less than 24 hours. Drew’s suggestion was to borrow someone else’s generator to repower it. We were left with no toilet, no power and no ability to use any water without flooding the camper for three days. Very disappointed.
