Jeff was a great host, explaining all parts of the van and prepared me well for my first time doing a solo RV trip with the Revel. He was readily available on text for any questions I had.

Five stars, no hesitation. Jeff was responsive and made the whole process effortless. The van is stocked with everything you actually need — and it's all new gear. Slept extremely well. Genuinely flawless trip.
