Our family of 6 (myself, my husband, our two young kids and my parents) rented Stacy and Patrick's RV over the Labor Day weekend to make the 8 hour drive from Austin to Big Bend much more bearable with 2 little kids! We had an amazing time!! Patrick was extremely thorough during the walk through when we picked it up and he was very patient with all our questions since none of us had ever driven an RV before. Patrick was also very responsive during our entire trip for any and all questions that arose! The RV itself was very clean and comfortable to ride in the entire time for our family of 6. The generator didn't love the bumpy West Texas roads and would shut off after about 15-20 mins of driving, so we didn't use it much while in motion. Patrick said this was normal. Luckily, even though it was early September in TX we managed to time up the trip with a bit of a cool front and that combined with the A/C from the front dashboard was enough to keep the immediate area cool and comfortable!

Loved the RV! It was super clean and in great condition. Stacy was great to work with. They went over everything with us in detail before we left and were available for anything we needed on the trip.

Stacy and her husband Patrick are a lovely couple with an impressive rig. The Minnie Winnie was our first RV experience, and it was exceptional. It handled the cross country drive very well and had plenty of space for our family of 4. You can tell it was very well maintained as all the mechanical features and gadgets worked great. I couldn’t recommend this vehicle more.

Stacy and Patrick were lovely and communicative. They were flexible and obviously take care of Penny!
Patrick was very thorough with explaining all of the bells and whistles so that I felt comfortable handling an RV for the first time.
My family had a great trip and we would certainly rent from them, again!!

My Family had a great time. The rv was in good condition and the owners made me feel comfortable and right at home. I would definitely rent this rv again.

You couldn't pick a nicer couple to rent this "Minnie" RV from!
RV was perfect and Stacy and Patrick went beyond making sure we understood everything about "Minnie" and that we were having a great trip.
I would highly recommend renting from them, they take very good care of their vehicle and want to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Thank you for renting it to us!

This RV is AWESOME and a great super clean. Had a wonderful time well worth every penny. Everyone was impressed how nice and cold it was. This is a perfect get away for any family. I highly recommend this for any family vacation. A+++

This was my first experience using Outdoorsy, so I was skeptical. But the owners were great. They answered all of my questions. Upon pickup, they explained all of the features. The RV was clean, and had more perks than I had expected. And they provided a lot, so all I needed to bring was clothes, food, blankets and pillows. Our hot summer weekend trip turned into a relaxing trip with this RV.

We rented the "Minnie Winnie" for four days and it was perfect. What a great RV! The Winnie is very well kept and loaded with features that made the experience wonderful. Stacy and Patrick were awesome to work with and made the entire process very easy. I highly recommend renting this RV and will be seeking out Patrick and Stacy to rent it again in the future.

Started off well, Stacy is very reassuring and responsive, however on the 1st day of our trip the RV door latch broke while we were driving, leaving us stuck in the vehicle overnight until we were able to fix it the next day. We had the RV 11 days and traveled cross-country with mom and dad to my medical school graduation and had no other issues except TVs not working, though we had our laptops with sling to keep dad entertained. We also had trouble with water not flowing and wish that would have been told to us up front but it wasnt a big deal since we made stops every 4 hrs and stayed at hotels when not in campgrounds. The only problem was that when returning the vehivle, they deducted $800 from our security deposit for miscellaneous items, cleaning fees though we left it spotless and also to repair the door latch which Staycy said shed order herself. The costs on Amazon Prime was $100 for a brand new entire handle, but they claimed $550 from the dealer and charged it to me which I was not expecting. Smooth trip, just so long as you dont get annoyed by little things and be sure to factor in the likelyhood of losing the deposit to the cost of your trip. It took 3 hrs to check out the RV with forms, a tour and test drive, and almost 4 hrs waiting in our car to return it as Stacys husband inspected everything to make sure it was clean. We unfortunately never had the chance to meet Stacy in person, but via texts she was always available.
I would not recomend it for a family with kids or a larger group but 3-4 adults is perfect for a comfortable ride.

I am sorry we were unable to come to a mutual agreement on returned condition of the RV. We really do try to make each renter’s experience hassle free and we regret that we didn’t live up to those expectations. If you would like to work towards a remedy to this situation, please open a case with the Outdoorsy Support team ([email removed]) and we will work with them to find a common ground.

The floor plan was perfect for our trip to another state to visit family. It was in excellent condition and large enough for four adults and one child with lots of storage space. Very comfortable! This RV handled extremely well and had plenty of power for steep inclines. The shorter length made it much easier to maneuver thru parking lots and attractions. We stayed on family property which was cost saving and very convenient. The air conditioning will definitely keep you cool! Stacy and Patrick were excellent to work with. Should I have the need I would rent this unit again.
