We've been living in Evergreen, CO for over 30 years. We enjoy the Mountains, hiking, mountain-biking, climbing the occasional 14er. In the winter you can find Eric on the slopes and Marypage wishing for more beach time

Eric was an incredible host. No problems on our 10 days exploring Colorado. Everything worked as it should. He was available when and if we ever had questions. Took the time explaining everything from the start. Great communication from the time we booked until we left. Very accommodating and overall a phenomenal guy. I highly recommend him and his RV.
My only knocks are all the extra fees/time on top of an already expensive ride/stay. Im sure its on ALL rentals, especially with outdoorsy. But basically when you rent, any extra is an extra fee; you have to keep in mind to return it full of all propane, diesel, cleaned up inside out, hit dump station to empty black and gray water and empty the fridge and freezer. It needs to be ready to hit the road again when brought back. Which is all cool and understandable; but remember this will take some of your vacation time. It took us a half a day to do these things and forgot to fill propane so that was a fee. All that knocked us out of our last day of fishing so remember to account for these things on your last day.

The View is absolutely perfect! I don't even know where to begin? It is immaculately clean, and still smells brand new. Three comfortable beds were exactly what we needed, and Eric provided plenty of linens, pillows, and towels! The shower was big enough for a full grown adult, and the water was HOT. There are even TWO TVs!!! (That we never turned on :)) The refrigerator stored enough food for a week, and the kitchen was 100% fully outfitted down to the coffee pot AND COFFEE! In the spirit of full disclosure, if you are used to roadtripping at sea level in a 1982 VW Westfalia , this rig is A LOT, and finding a parking space can be an adventure in and of itself - but that's just the observation of two silly flatlanders who may or may not have tried to cram waaaaay to much into one week! There are LOTS of buttons and switches and LED lights, but Eric was super thorough in showing us how everything worked AND he has even made laminated, detailed notes that saved us more than once. His step-by-step notes made even the gray/black water experience completely painless... no, seriously, it was painless :) And Eric... Eric is perfectly perfect. From our very first communications he felt like an old friend. He was patient and kind, and answered all of our questions, even though I'm sure some of them made him want to roll his eyes. He checked in with us the first night to make sure we were doing OK, and from the first booking until the night before we returned he was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. We really could not even imagine a better host, we would have loved to have had him join us on our adventure! If ten stars were an option, I'd give every step of our experience a perfect TEN!

We had a great RV adventure in this RV. We stayed in it for 16 nights and saw many national parks out west. Eric was very helpful & professional in briefing us on the RV on day 1, and also very responsive to our calls when we had any questions along the way. We would definitely rent his RV from him again. He is very kind, our young daughters love him and the RV is outstanding!

Both the RV and the rental experience were awesome. The owner had a very hands-on training of the various systems and tips on how to make the trip a success. It's a perfect size. We had a grandfather (77), father (43), son (9) trip who enjoyed everything for the week.

I had excellent communication. The rent and return process with an outstanding owner was as easy as it could be. This is the kind of personal service you look for. We liked the RV, it was in great shape and fully equipped. It made our trip a nice experience. Anytime again it is worth every $

We had an overall fantastic experience with this rental. From are initial inquiries to our final questions, Eric was super responsive, helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The RV is meticulously maintained, and the instructions are summarized and laminated and simple to follow when you are out on the road.

Eric was a great host, he was very informative and showed us all the features of the RV. The RV was clean and in perfect working order. On the few occasions we had questions he was quick to respond. Great experience!

Eric was quick to respond and flexible with making pickup and drop off work with my schedule. The vehicle itself is a dream! It drives smoothly, it is comfortable and clean, the automatic awning is handy, everything worked great! The air conditioner kept up when temperatures were hot. We would definitely recommend renting this vehicle from this owner.

Eric and Mary Paige were so great! They are extremely friendly and took a lot of time helping us get acquainted with the RV. They made sure we had everything we needed before we headed out on the road. The RV is very nice...new, clean, and stocked with everything you'd need. We flew in from Las Vegas so couldn't bring all of our "stuff" but found we didn't need anything...the RV had it all. It also drove very easy...never had any issues climbing the mountains of Colorado or maneuvering windy passes. We had a few questions from the road (about how things worked but forgot what he'd told us) and Eric responded immediately. This was a great experience for my family and will be sure to rent from them again! Highly recommended!!

Great owners! Well prepared and knowledgeable of the RV with multiple checklists and troubleshooting guides for our trip. This was our 1st time renting a RV in sometime, but the Rig was great with no issues. Will rent again.
