From the start communication was amazing! Brandy discussed all the details with me and her husband Colin delivered and set up the rv for us. He went way above and beyond. He made sure we were all good to go and he made sure we had what we needed. But, what was absolutely amazing was his willingness to help with another RV when there was trouble. He jumped in and tried to fix a a for problem for them when he didn't have to. He could've just left because ours was all set up and good to go. It was truly nice of Colin to even offer to help. When he came to pick up the rv everything was smooth and easy. I would definitely rent from these amazing people again.
