Sparkling clean, super comfortable and great communication! Gerardo was great to work with. We were in Tri Cities for our annual family fishing and camping trip. With the hot temps, we decided to rent an RV/trailer to camp comfortably. Gerardo delivered the trailer to our campsite and set it up. We arrived to a cool and sparkling clean camper. It was exactly what we needed to make our trip even better. His communication was great - he answered our questions quickly and thoroughly (before and during the trip). The trailer was exactly as described. His sweet wife, Michelle, picked up the camper at the end of our trip. Thanks for everything, Gerardo! I highly recommend renting from Gerardo!

This was our first RV trailer rental with Outdoorsy. Gerardo made the experience enjoyable. He was very responsive to questions and communicated frequently. We also found him to be very flexible with our pickup and dropoff schedule. The trailer was neat and in good working order. Gerardo took the time to show us how all the features worked. Overall this was a good experience.

Gerardo was flexible, accommodating, and generous with his time. I'd definitely recommend, especially to anyone who is brand new to the travel trailer experience. Our family of four was able to boondock in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest for 5 nights and had plenty of water for everything but showering. We took our own generator and only ran it for a total of four hours (which was plenty to keep the battery charged), but we easily could have managed without it had we instead dipped into the ample propane supply to run the refrigerator. Overall a terrific experience.
