Great experience. Everything is as advertised. RV is in great/new condition, and very easy to drive. Had a great trip with our family.

Overall a great experience. Melissa is super easy to deal with and very organized. Loved the RV. We went to Big Bear and it had plenty on power to climb the mountains. Easy to handle. Heater worked great and it was 19 degrees at night. We will definitely rent again.
