This was my first time using Outdoorsy and it's been a long time since I've done trailer camping so I wasn't sure what to expect. I assumed it was like airbnb for camping but not quite. The RV itself is set up pretty well for "boondocking" although we ended up not using the water at all and had issues getting the battery to hold a charge, even with the generator, which made for 3 chilly nights' sleeps. Julio was very communicative though and I'm glad I knew what to ask before the trip, so that I was better prepared. The RV is pretty bare but he did provide some pots & pans, toilet paper, a Keurig and space heater. Otherwise be prepared to bring your own gear, including a good camp pad. The bed mattresses provided are very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good experience and great way to try out trailer camping. And we definitely appreciated that Julio could deliver the trailer right to our camp site at Red Rock.

We had a great time & the trailer was fun. Julio & Savanah we’re very accommodating. Once we figured out how to turn the heat on with Julio’s help, it was perfect. We went to Ely, NV & it was cold. This is a great way to figure out if you like trailer camping or not!

It was a lil stessfull because i couldnt open the side . Also the table was broke and lose . Other than that it was good.

Julio and Savanah provided a perfect
weekend getaway for my family of four. From the beginning of the rental
arrangement, they provided detailed and consistent communication
electronically and in-person. On the day of pick up, Julio was cheerful and
patient. He was attentive to our questions. He described and modeled the
care for the travel trailer. He had prepared a squeaky clean RV. We felt
confident to take it on the road from Las Vegas, NV on a drive to a
beautiful, fall trip at Zion National Park. Our stay was comfortable from
the use of the awning to shade our eating area from the sun, the
convenience of the shower tub to wash up at night, and the efficient heater
when the evening temperature outside dropped below 40°F. We enjoyed the
entire stay and we were not ready to depart from our campsite on Sunday. On
the way home, we excitedly talked about our next expedition with an RV from
Julio and Savanah.

The RV was what we expected and the prep by Julio and Savannah was done well. All of the necessary items were provided except for jacks to level the vehicle. (Several sites were off level and the jacks would have prevented movement every time someone adjusted position.) Communication was excellent and Julio was amendable to our needs.

First time RV experience for my family of 6 was fun and memorable. Julio's RV was relatively easy to drive for someone who has never driven an RV before. It is not the most luxurious of motorhomes, but it was comfortable and spacious for a group of 6.
