Chinh led us through the whole set up process and made sure we knew how make everything work. He offered to be available throughout our trip if we had any questions. Perfect camper for our trip and very easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Our family of four had a great experience in this trailer. It was clean and everything worked. Chinh was very helpful in demonstrating this feature and operation. We would rent again.

AS A FIRST TIME TRAILER USER/RENTER I HAD MY CONCERNS BUT CHINH WAS SUPER HELPFUL IN GETTING ME ON THE ROAD FOR A GREAT BIRTHDAY WEEKEND CAMPING AND HIKING IN ANACORTES. THE TRAILER WAS IN GREAT SHAPE/CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WORKED AS EXPECTED. IT TOWED EASILY BEHIND MY LEXUS 460 SUV AND THE LOW PROFILE DID NOT BLOCK MY VIEW. I AM ALREADY PLANNING ON RENTING AGAIN BEFORE THE SEASON IS OVER.

This was the first time we rented a pop-up camper. The owner took the time to review all of the features of this camper with us before we headed out to Mt. St. Helen. It was a wonderful weekend getaway and was possible with this wonderful camper. We dry camped for the weekend and had no issues. Would highly recommend!
