It seemed like the delivery of the RV was Rushed, gas was at 3/4, a lot of bugs on the RV’s outside, Dirty areas inside the trailer, and last minute maintenance problems. When we arrived to delivery back the RV, we left it WAY better cleaned, and on the arranged time. The owner ( Demi) was not present to receive us, instead, she sent her friends to pick it up; something that was not arranged. During the trip, a lateral vent cover fall off, with the RV’s vibration. Number one reason, due to lack of maintenance or maybe a pre existent problem… nothing we could do about it, unfortunately it happened on our trip. They filled a claim against us, and called the maintenance to see the price on the replacement part, the owner stated without any proof that the repair would be $200,00. The sad part of the story is there’s nothing we can do about it, as the $1000 security deposit is in her hands. In conclusion, I would not recommend her.

According to sticker in window oil change was late and might of been the reason my gas was burning excessively, drivers horn didn’t work and we weren’t warned of this, passengers rear view mirror wasn’t stable otherwise nice rv,clean and nice people to deal with easy to use .

Demi was awesome .. she was quick to respond and walked through every detail. This is our first RV experience and the experience was better than what we expected. This RV was so to drive and will recommend anyone to start with this kind of RV if you have never driven a truck before.. will rent from her again

Demi and family were gracious and lovely to rent from and the listing was as advertised. Communications were prompt when questions arose. Return was a breeze too. Great experience!

Owner was very prompt, she answer my question quickly, delivered RV on time. However RV was delivered dirty , things were not organized. I would not rent this one again

My husband and I had a wonderful camping experience in Demi’s Nexus RV. It was clean, comfortable and drove well. All the other reviews were right on.

Demi was quick to respond to questions and detailed in providing pre trip RV hand off and offering advice. I would highly recommend Demi to others and will use her RV services again in the future. Thank you Demi, for making our first RV experience a positive one!

The experience in the RV was awesome. Not too big to drive yet spacious enough inside. Everything worked as expected, very clean and well maintained. We had some extra supplies and pots provided as well, which was very nice.

We had a great time in pretty much new RV. All systems in RV worked as expected.
Demi communicated very quickly and answered all our questions. She worked with us for RV pickup and drop off timings. I would definitely recommend Demi for your RV rental needs.

We enjoyed the RV very much. It had all the accessories we needed.
We actually needed heat as temperatures dropped and the RV was very comfortable. Demi was very responsive if I had any questions.
Would definitely rent again.
