Hi there! My name is Lindsay, I'm a mom of 2 boys, I'm from California. Me and my sister Janna share this RV, we have 4 kids between the 2 of us and love taking it on trips to Colorado, Lake Tahoe and shorter weekend trips to Cedar Creek & Austin.

This was our first time renting an RV and it went great. Lindsey was awesome and the rep at the RV Center, Ray was fantastic as we had to call him a couple times and got everything worked out. You can do this, we did it and it was really pretty simple and an awesome experience.

The owner is a sincere person.
RV is quite new and very clean.
Although we had some trouble during our RV trip, her mechanic responded to my phone call politely and resolved the trouble quickly.

We were very pleased with our experience with Big Betty!!! It had everything we needed to make a fun trip for our 4 boys, my wife and I. We were very appreciative of the linens that were on board all sanitized as well as the included games like corn hole! We definitely made some great memories we will never forget!

Thank you so much for our first great RV experience! My family enjoyed their RV vacation and that is very important to me. We were bummed though the patio awning on the RV wasn’t working because we did have a hard time finding shaded RV areas. Also we didn’t get to grill out because the grill didn’t include propane gas. We also had to text Ray a few times due to an alarm going off randomly. Ray was very helpful and RV knowledgeable he helps us get trough the alarm issue. Other than that overall it was super cozy & very clean so we enjoyed our time spent. This RV was definitely smooth and comfy and nicely decorated! We will consider reserving again In the future if we take another fun RV trip. Thank you Big Betty!
